Loyalty Web 2-year partnership

A loyalty platform and a brand website, built from scratch

Gebi came to us after seeing loyalty programs we had already built in Serbia. We delivered Gebi Sigurica, a QR-based loyalty service now running for two consecutive years. They came back for a new website. We built that too.

Gebi — new brand website

They found us through our work

Gebi is a Serbian food company with operations across several categories: flour, sunflower oil, animal feed, and agriculture. In animal feed, they are the largest producer in Serbia and one of the leading companies in Southeast Europe. When they decided to launch a customer loyalty program, they looked at what was already running in Serbia and reached out to us directly.

The programs they had seen were the kind we build: loyalty services built around QR codes on fiscal receipts, tracking real purchases at the point of sale. Gebi wanted the same for their own customers.

Gebi Sigurica: two years running

We built Gebi Sigurica, a loyalty service built around purchase verification at the point of sale. Customers scan the QR code on their fiscal receipt, the system confirms the purchase was made with a participating Gebi product, and points are credited to their account.

Points can be redeemed directly in the app for rewards, which are then shipped to the customer's home address. The program requires no cashier involvement and no special hardware.

Program status

Active for the second consecutive year

Gebi reactivated the program for a second year. That decision reflects how a well-built loyalty program works: it earns its renewal by delivering results the first time around.

A website built to match the brand

After the loyalty work, Gebi came back with a second brief. They were unhappy with their existing website and wanted something custom: a design that reflected the quality of the products rather than the constraints of a standard template.

The reference they pointed to was award-winning websites — the kind of editorial design where photography drives the layout and each category gets its own visual treatment. We built that for them, launching the new gebi.rs in early 2026.

What two years looks like

Gebi came to us because of our track record, not a pitch. The loyalty program ran well enough that they renewed it. The website delivered what they had in mind. The conversation continues.

That is the pattern we see in partnerships that last.
